Tropical Storm Henriette formed off Mexico's Pacific coast on Friday and was forecast to move parallel to the mainland, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said. Mexico prepared itself Friday to be hit by Tropical Storm Henriette off the Pacific coast, El Universal reported online. Members of a teachers' union marching against changes in Mexico's pension system briefly sat down in the northbound lanes a few hundred yards south of the San Ysidro Port of Entry, halting vehicles heading into the U.S. Mexico CITY -(Dow Jones)- Mexican bank loans to the private sector grew 25.8% on the year in July, led by growth in mortgage, consumer and commercial lending, the Bank of Mexico said Friday.
