    Dec. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Yields on Mexico's 20-year bonds rose to their highest level since September 2006 at a local debt sale. The securities were sold to yield 8.28 percent, up from 8.13 percent at the prior auction last month, according to results posted by the central bank on its Web site.
