Mexico striker Cuauhtemoc Blanco is considering retiring from international football so he can concentrate on his MLS club career.The 34-year-old, who recently signed a deal with MLS outfit Chicago Fire, was part of the team which came from a goal down to beat Uruguay 3-1 in the Copa America third-place play-off. Mexico exploited the expulsion of Uruguay's Diego Lugano and won 3-1 on Saturday for third place at the Copa America. WASHINGTON (AP) -- New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson raised $7 million from April through June for his presidential campaign and had an equal amount in the bank at the second quarter's end. Mexico's antitrust commission said Sunday it has placed strict conditions on the nations biggest media company, Grupo Televisa SA, acquiring a 49 percent stake in cable TV operator Cablemas SA.
