MIAMI, Florida (AP) -- Tropical Storm Lorenzo formed just off Mexico's Gulf Coast on Thursday after the area was put under a storm warning. Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Mexico plans to begin selling three-year inflation-linked bonds in the fourth quarter in response to investor demand for shorter-term debt linked to the consumer price index. Parts of Mexico's Gulf Coast were under a storm warning Thursday as a tropical depression stalled offshore, while Tropical Storm Karen slightly weakened in the open Atlantic Ocean. A tropical depression put parts of Mexico's Gulf Coast under a storm watch Wednesday, while Tropical Storm Karen strengthened to near hurricane status in the open Atlantic Ocean. Tropical Storm Lorenzo, forecast to become a hurricane before slamming into Mexico, dumped heavy rain on the country's Gulf coast on Thursday but was unlikely to affect oil production. New Mexico State will be wearing pink ribbons on their helmets and pink socks for Saturday's game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff in an effort to promote breast cancer awareness and raise money for research projects in New Mexico.
